This location is always organized and well stocked. The lines can be a bit lengthy but that’s to be expected. Customer service is friendly and helpful!

DO NOT GO TO HOBBY LOBBY ON MONDAYS. This location should be closed on Mondays. On 2 separate occasions both instances occurred on Monday. We were shopping for tshirts and the workers had piled up boxes in front of the tshirts on the back wall. We couldn’t get to them 5 workers walked by not one asked if we needed help. When we finally requested customer service the oldest woman told us to come back because Mondays are to busy for them. We expressed we could not come back and needed the shirts for an event. The elder woman was the only one to move the boxes for us. 2 younger woman employees walked by and 2 male employees not one offered to help the older woman. On a different Monday employees were walking back and forth in the aisle’s we had a question trying to locate a specific item. We asked one of the young ladies that was walking around with a dolly, only had 2 boxes on it nothing heavy. We quickly asked if she knew where the item was and she gave us an irritated sigh as she was thinking of the answer another young girl with an empty dolly came up behind her and began rolling her eyes because we had to stop the girl in front to ask a question. If your employees can’t have a better attitude and top tier customer service on a Monday. Then just close on Mondays or create a new early morning stocking shift where shipments get done. Especially representing yourselves as a Christian company your employees need to suck it up when things are difficult because that’s life and you decided to work there knowing what the job entails. You should Not be making shoppers feel like they are a burden and shouldn’t be there on a Monday. It’s unacceptable.

I never thought I would cry over the loss of JoAnn's but I did on this day. I went to Hobby lobby for thread. The display was pretty empty. I thought I must the day prior to stocking. I picked the best out the poor choices available. I went to check out. There was one lane open while five young ladies talked near the go backs. The line wasn't extremely long but the person in front had a basket of floral decor. It was properly being scanned one by one. I stared down the young ladies until they became uncomfortable. They broke up the conversation and went about their obligations. One young lady came and took the next person in line. Two people went with her. I continued in the line. The lady with the flowers decided she couldn't get all of the flowers. Then the clerk started to delete items. I moved over to the other lane. The young lady started to ring my order. She counted the seven spools of thread and entered a price and quantity. It became clear why the thread rack was lacking. They were not being scanned so the store didn't know that they needed thread. The young lady also entered the wrong price. I thought something was wrong with the total, but I just paid and left. When I got home I realized I was under charged. There was a fifteen dollar difference in my favor. I really thought about returning to correct the mistake. Then I thought about waiting around while the young ladies talked and decided I didn't want to drive across town and go through that again. I'm sorry for your loss of money Hobby lobby, but my time is valuable. I didn't want to wait around to explain the error. Better training and oversight of your employees is needed.
