Give both of those a 10 out of 10 Feedback for Lovesac in general- - custom covers are not available as a swatch from the store, online swatches are 5 at a time and take weeks to arrive, necessitating my having to go to the store to pick out fabric rather than from home ( where I could best evaluate w my surroundings) - for those of us who are just not handy, having no option to pay someone to assemble the sectional almost cost you my business. I already have loungers that need to be configured differently w néw covers and a few more seats/sides so I bit the bullet. But am REALLY unhappy with the notion that one has to figure it out on their own. You are not IKEA, and I expect more support from you. Thank you for listening Jill Duplechan

I have had a Love Sac over 10 years and every time I go to the mall we always have to stop buy and say hello to the store manager Cindy. She is always so pleasant and kind; always remembers me and my husband. She always shows us new product and new styles to buy. Working with her and buying with her is always a joy; as she always steers us in the right direction on what would look great in our home. Her customer service is always an A+. Their sactionals are so amazing that we would never buy anything other than Love Sac. If your considering purchasing a Love Sac for your home, I would without a doubt go to the Love Sac at the Mission Viejo Mall and visit Cindy and you won’t be disappointed. As for our family; we highly recommend this product. We are proud customers for over 10 years and still keep coming back.
