  I recently contacted Aqua Paradise to see if they would buy back a spa that was previously purchased from them. We hadn’t been using it regularly. I called and left a message for them and they called me back immediately. Johnny was so personable and clear with his communication. From that point I knew they were the guys I wanted to deal with. Their crew that came to pick up my spa were pros, courteous, and next level! I highly recommend them and for sure would do business with them again.

  From our first visit back in March of 2023, John has provided the best possible service and information. We waited 6-months to buy as we were remolding our home and yard. No pressure to buy even as we visited a few times to ask more and more questions. We’ve enjoyed our spa now for 18 months and it’s perfect. John and the folks at the store are so friendly when we come in for chemicals and their prices are as good as or better than online. We highly recommend John and Aqua Paradise in Mission Viejo, CA.
