  I had an amazing experience with Storage Etc during my move from San Diego. Tony and Chantel were incredibly polite, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Moving can be stressful, but they made everything so easy and smooth from start to finish, and I’m truly grateful for all of their help. One thing that really stood out to me was how safe and secure the facility felt no matter what time of day I visited. That peace of mind made a huge difference while storing my belongings. I would highly recommend Storage Etc to anybody looking for a clean, secure, and well-managed storage facility with outstanding customer service. Tony and Chantel genuinely go above and beyond!

  Excellent staff!! Friendly helpful and honestly I’ve never used storage before and this experience was excellent!! Ask for Chantel or Tony, made my nightmare of a move soo easy and simple, I highly recommend using storage etc if you need a storage and U-Haul!! Five stars ⭐️ all the way !!

  This place was really good. Service was fantastic and also the U-Haul came with a dolly so that was perfect. Thank you for the friendly fast service.

  I needed a uhaul last minute and Shawntell at storage etc found a truck for me. She was very busy when I got to the office but she was patient, professional and provided excellent customer service. I tried two other places before going to storage etc and both told me they didn't have anything available after being told they did. The truck was clean and ran great. When I returned it the next day I met Tony who was very helpful with returning the truck and nice to talk to. Great experience, I will definitely be back.
