The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to take the time to help you find exactly what you need. Whether it’s chemicals, equipment, parts, or just getting advice on a pool issue, they’re always helpful and professional. It’s nice dealing with people who actually understand pools and are willing to answer questions instead of just trying to make a sale. Great customer service, a good selection of products, and a team that genuinely wants to help. I highly recommend Leslie’s Pool Supply!

- MSMartha SantanaJul 20, 20261.0On Saturday, July 18, 2026 I walked in to the Menifee store it was very busy, I was there to test my water and had two people in front of me and two behind me. The lady (Shatala) that was doing the water test was constantly on her cell phone at one point she walked to the back of the store on her phone and didn't even had the courtesy of telling the client she would be right back or the others waiting that she would be with them as soon as possible. The young man working was at the register taking care of three other customers with their purchases. When this lady walked away I asked. Where is Shirley? he turned around and acknowledged my question and answer saying she will be back on Sunday. (That is Customer Service) not only is he busy but he is listening to customers. When Shatala decided to return to the front of the store STILL ON HER PHONE! NOW PLAYING MUSIC! the gentleman that was working with her had already cared for those at the register and had already tested the water for those in front of me and was working on my water. Many of us miss The store manager Damien and others who have left this store, We're lucky to still have SHIRLEY! There's no comparison of the customer service from those we've lost due to poor upper management to what's been hire. Very disappointed :-(
