- CWCasey WirthSep 19, 20261.0I called like 15 times no one answered the phone. It just rang and rang and rang. I drove to the store anyways and Sat in the parking lot andcalled and no one was answering the phone. I walked inside and I called while I was inside the store and the phone rang a bunch of times and I hung up and the lady went to answer and was like this person just keeps calling. I have a commercial account with Leslie‘s and it is very disappointing to see the employees at the store not caring. Every other, Leslie’s is very good energy inside the employees are very helpful, but this store is horrible. The brunette lady that works there does not care about her job and it clearly shows. And when I call and they do finally answer, nobody knows what they’re talking about and they don’t even say bye from getting off the phone. They just hang up. Management needs to go to that store and fix things. And for the cherry on top, When I got my chemicals today, I was driving home and looking at my receipt and the guy charged me for a box of chlorine instead of a yellow case of chlorine so charge me $7 Extra dollars. Again, the California Oaks store is awesome. The Winchester store is awesome and the one in Temecula off of Temecula Parkway is awesome.

The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to take the time to help you find exactly what you need. Whether it’s chemicals, equipment, parts, or just getting advice on a pool issue, they’re always helpful and professional. It’s nice dealing with people who actually understand pools and are willing to answer questions instead of just trying to make a sale. Great customer service, a good selection of products, and a team that genuinely wants to help. I highly recommend Leslie’s Pool Supply!
