I'm a resident in Ventura, there are four hot tub companies in my immediate area, but I chose California hot tubs because they had the hot tub that I was looking for and that was the Nordic Bella. I called them up and talked to a young lady by the name of Leah. She was wonderful, very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and I bought my hot tub there. So stoked always ready to answer questions. I needed filters no problem sent right to my house and she suggested electrician that could take care of the install, great company to work with. Leah thank you so much. Don Granata

I found the ideal hot tub quickly with assistance from Leah. They held it for me until my space was ready (several months). They referred to a terrific crane company and though it was crazy difficult lift and install it all came together. We are loving out hot tub!!! Thank you California Hot Tubs

I purchased my first Jacuzzi from California hot tubs. The team was very knowledgeable and accommodating. I am totally comfortable calling and asking for advice for getting feedback. I highly recommend them!

Max is amazing! I had called about a CALSPA issue and instead of sending a technician right away and asking for $, Max helped me troubleshoot the issue via Whatsapp and it worked! I would definitely use California hot tubs for any SPA/Hot tub issues without any hesitation
