  I had a great experience with Spring Cleaners. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the process. My clothes were cleaned perfectly and ready on time, which I really appreciated. What stood out most was their attention to detail and the care they put into their service.   I have been using Spring Cleaners for about 8-9 months after another local cleaners lost 2 of my silk blouses and did not admit it. Spring Cleaners have been tremendous as far as quality and customer service, delivering on a short notice and communicating via text or call when there is an issue with an item or delvery. The reason I am writing my review is that recently one of my silk blouses accidentally ended up in their laundry instead of dry cleaning which ruined the blouse. Carmina and the owner were responsive and have credited me for the loss since it was a new blouse. This is customer service that I have not received at other dry cleaners in the south bay.
