- CKChristopher KnowltonAug 14, 20261.0Called on 08/13/2026 talked with Tina she ran my personal information told me I was approved to get furniture I needed for my new home I’m moving into the following day & to bring my DL & new address lease agreement in and my first payment would be in September. Went down to the store today with everything I was asked to bring in she wasn’t there like she said she was going to be a gentleman assisted me & without even asking me for what I was asked to bring in told me in order to get the furniture now I needed to pay couple hundred dollars now. That’s not what I was told on the phone prior on the phone and I even explained as much as it’s costing me to move right now I couldn’t afford anything until my next disability payment. Seems as if I was told these lies just to get me down there and it was a complete waste of time and very unprofessionally misleading. Very disappointing because now I’m unable to move into my new house until I receive my next social security disability payment in a few weeks. Very disappointing I was so excited to move in this weekend and can’t due to my disabilities I need furniture. 👎🏻 on there services. And the add they have posted for $0.01 down payment until September that’s not true otherwise I would have my new furniture and in my new home with my family.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
