  FOLLOWED AND CONFUSED I was strolling around the store, in the grocery aisle primarily. I have a Canadian friend so I thought I’d peruse the aisles and send her pictures of all the Canadian food items they sell here. Imagine my surprise when I started being followed aisle to aisle by a worker(?) I’m assuming. Each aisle I went to, he also needed to go to. This continued as I went into the home decor items. He’d look at me every now and then, and I smiled to communicate that I knew what he was doing. Then, I started following him aisle through aisle, until he stopped. I joined the checkout line, and asked the cashier if they had staff members that followed folks throughout the store. She said not to her knowledge. But i find that hard to believe considering he didn’t follow me out of the store. He didn’t even follow me to the AMC theaters. I can understand the need for loss prevention, but maybe have it be done by people who are a little bit better at their job? Being obviously followed through a store that I’m a loyalty member of makes me NOT want to come back. See pictures of the perp below. Thanks.

  Rude customer service always deserves to be called out. At 8:00 PM, the store had just closed. I had already completed my purchase and realized I forgot one item, so I went back inside to grab it quickly. Employee #1 informed me the store was closed, and I explained that I only needed one item I had forgotten. By 8:04 PM, a second employee approached me and again stated that the store was closed. I responded that she was already the second employee to tell me so. Instead of offering any assistance or showing basic courtesy, she simply walked away and said, "The door is the other way." I understand stores have closing times and employees want to go home. However, there is a difference between enforcing store policies and being unnecessarily rude to customers. The dismissive attitude and lack of professionalism made this an unforgettable experience for all the wrong reasons.

  Always a fun place to shop and explore. Great Halloween decor and Christmas is out for those early shoppers. There are always fun international foods too
