  Had a very unpleasant experience at this World Market Grove location with an extremely unprofessional employee. He is a relatively young man, most likely in his 20s. He was in the process of closing the doors, and he got blatantly angry that I managed to get in before he closed the doors. Not to mention that he was closing the doors before it was even closing time, so he was not following the rules. Being rude to customers like that for coming into your establishment before closing is absolutely unprofessional ... maybe he shouldn't be working there? And I was only in there for like a minute or two since I had a pick-up order, so was it really worth him getting angry? Clearly not. Very bizarre behavior. I would say the other World Market locations have more friendly and hospitable staff as a whole (especially Sherman Oaks and West Los Angeles). I work in a restaurant (where people sit down for over an hour for their meal, longer than it takes to buy something at World Market), and I have never gotten angry at a guest for walking in before closing like this World Market Grove employee did. That's just not how you treat people.

  I ordered a table, and they called me asking me to delay the pickup for two weeks. After I waited the full two weeks, they cancelled my order but no one had informed me during that time. I ended up finding much better-looking furniture on Amazon for a much better price. The same type of table was only around $100 there, so honestly, I’m even happier now that they canceled my order.

  First and last time I try to purchase anything from this place. I ordered 8 mugs for pick up that were on clearance. Original price was supposedly $7.48 and it was on clearance for $3.74. My order was cancelled two days later because it was “out of stock”. The following day it showed the same 8 mugs were available but now the original price was $14.99 and they were on clearance for $7.48. This feels like a scam and the real reason my order was cancelled was because they wanted to raise the prices. I contacted customer service via chat and the agent left the conversation twice. Not sure if they don’t have different agents because I kept getting the same agent. All he offered was a 10% discount. False advertising and a total scam for sure.

  Great experience shopping since they had a wide variety of merchandise and with snacks, They had a ton of options from which I couldn't even decide so I got quite a bit. Then at the register, I had met a worker named Ramin, we stuck up bit of a conversation while he was ringing up my snacks and it was great talking to him. Then he helped me out by becoming a member to get a significant amount off of my items, Since the coupon I was trying to use doesn't work on snacks. 10/10 customer service
