  Very professional and helpful staff. Cleanly maintained facility. I worked with JB who was flexible to adjust my schedule for free moving truck and also change my reservation start date. He found us the more convenient storage room as per our requirements with good promotion offer. I would go here again. EDIT: I am reducing the initial rating for the regular access and initial moving inconvenience. The hours or not at all customer friendly and the moving carts are busy while I moved and I had to wait a lot. Moving truck is only for 4hrs (bait), post which there is high charges per hour. The truck is in really bad condition, had trouble starting and faced difficulty driving.

  I came back to SoCal Self Storage after a few years and had another great experience. JB was extremely helpful (again) and made the process quick and easy. I had an issue with my locks, and he took care of it right away and made sure everything worked properly.

  I've been renting a storage unit here for over 7 years, and I've had nothing but a great experience. The facility is always clean, secure, and well maintained, and I’ve always felt that my belongings were safe. The biggest reason I've stayed so long is Rubi, the manager. She is truly wonderful—always kind, professional, and incredibly helpful. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and genuinely cares about her customers. It's rare to find someone who provides such outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for a reliable, safe, and well-managed place to store their belongings. Thank you, Rubi, for making every experience a positive one!

  They made sure to honor a rate that was no longer on the website, and even though there was a problem with the reservation at first JB took care of me and made sure my experience was well taken care of. Thanks SoCal SS, really helped me store my stuff for the summer!
