I dropped off the shoes and paid $20. When I picked up the shoes a week later, I had forgotten if I had prepaid. And I asked if I already paid and, the guy told me I had not and then charged me $40. In my mind I thought that I had been told $20 but I wasn’t sure. I just checked my records and lo and behold. I did pay $20 When I dropped them off. This is not OK. It is a super shady practice, and I cannot recommend a place that cheats its customers.
