  Clean, spacious units. Parking lot with generous space. Helpful and kind front desk service. Easy access via the elevator. We were able to complete our move in smoothly.

  Easy and quick set up and I was even able to preview the unit before I decided. Other reasons why I chose this one: The parking lot is huge and it’s right off the freeway for easy access. They also have free trolleys you can use to load in your boxes which makes a huge difference especially if you’re a single woman. The rate stays locked in for a year and you get 50% off the first three months. I shopped around all over LA and I think this is the best choice.

  I had a great experience with Lilly at Los Angeles Self Storage. She was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made what could have been a stressful situation much easier. Customer service like hers is hard to find these days. Lilly was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to care about helping me find the best solution for my storage needs. The facility was clean, secure, and well-maintained, and her excellent service made the experience even better. I highly recommend Los Angeles Self Storage, and Lilly deserves special recognition for going above and beyond. Thank you for all your help!

  Excellent service from start to finish. The storage facility was clean, secure, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. A special thank you to Lilly , who went above and beyond to help. They were knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions. It’s rare to find such great customer service these days. I would highly recommend this storage company to anyone looking for a safe and reliable place to store their belongings.
