  Sandy was absolutely amazing! She made the whole process of getting a storage unit quick and stress-free. She was knowledgeable and patient. Her customer service was outstanding — friendly, efficient, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. If you’re looking for a storage facility, LA Self Storage is the place! Highly recommend!

  Marisa was fabulous, incredibly professional and got me checked in in no time. She was very knowledgeable about the property and helped me out with a last minute move in. The facilities are well kept, and I was surprised at how reasonable the rates were!

  Sandy was such a professional and helpful member of the team. Our move in day was smooth and we were able to tour units before selecting one. We found the right one for our needs. We talked through the best possible options in terms of pricing and supplies. Just a note, they have a free moving truck!! easily worth the money. A++ would highly recommend.
