  1 star. Closed on Sunday with zero warning — and it cost me a full day. I rented a moving truck, loaded everything I own, and drove to my unit on Sunday. Gate locked. No notice by email, no text, no sign, nothing on the listing explaining it. I was stuck with a loaded truck, nowhere to unload, paying for the rental while it just sat there. What makes it worse: there's nothing to staff. Every unit has its own lock, the gate runs on access codes. Keeping the gate open costs them nothing. They simply chose to lock customers out of their own belongings on a weekend — the one time most people actually have to move. If you rent here, call ahead before every visit and don't plan a move around their posted hours. Management: a single text to tenants would have prevented this. Do better.

  Carlos the poperty manger is so polite and makes the process really smooth.. the unit is in good conditions and he includes ur lock in your rental agreement price .. super recommended

  property is dirty they force u to buy a special lock for no real reason except the $$ the locks/keys are somewhat defective and will bend the keys out of shape with normal pressure no pedestrian entrance, if ur not driving it opens the big gate and anyone can follow you in price is not good for the very sketchy area, hours arent, either staff say passive aggressive things over intercom while you are organizing your unit ‘don’t leave a mess or we will charge you!’ (10/2/26 10:20AM) never once have i left any trash behind. bigger companies like public storage and extraspace are cleaner, safer and way less expensive
