  They failed to explain that the elevators and all access expire after 7pm. We were under the impression that access to the building would not be allowed after 7 pm. That the elevators ran afterwards, so long as you were inside the secure building, an even the employee said we would be okay so long as we were inside the parking garage, this was not true. We unloaded items at 5:30 from the storage unit and at 7:05 when we went down to unload some of the storage we could not get back up, and our things were left sitting in the hallways of the storage with other tenants still up on the floor and no way back up to lock up our possessions in the unit. We had to stay the night in the uhaul! Tried calling and emails to management no reply from them. The following day the management and employees were apathetic towards us with absolutely no apologies at all. Clean and nice facilities, but very unprofessional and uncaring staff here for this reason I would not recommend utilizing them.
