  This was the most reasonable price and greatest customer service for a storage facility I've ever experienced after renting over 6 units in the past 10 years. The facility is older, but clean, and the elevators are large and recently renovated. After renting from the big name places which raised the rent to over double in the span of 3 years, it was refreshing to have a modest $15 rent increase after 2 years! The front desk staff are wonderful and its nice to have carts and bathrooms available on site.

From the moment I walked in, they were warm, professional, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping me get sorted. No runaround, no waiting, just fast, friendly service that got me moved in without a hitch. In a world where great customer service is rare, Raquetta and Blanca are the real deal. They're the kind of people who make you feel like you're their only customer. If you're looking for storage in the area, come here and ask for them. You won't be disappointed.
