  Raquetta was so helpful in helping me find my storage unit. She was able to find it very quickly, and I didn't have any problems. Her customer service skills are great, and she has a warm and welcoming demeanor that was able to make a stressful time less stressful.

  My fiance and I have been dealt a lot of difficult cards forcing us to move recently, and Raquetta was truly a gem throughout all the crazy. She understands how stressful moving can be and treated us with respect, patience, and all the care. Thankful we were able to find this location because not every location comes with this level of guest service. Raquetta explained everything in detail, answered all our questions, and shed positivity where we needed it to be.
