  Pam and Chris were absolutely amazing with helping my parents rent a storage. They made the process smooth and effortless! The building is secure and carts/ramps/lifts are convenient. I highly recommend this storage!

  EZ storage indeed! I had such a great experience with EZ Storage, and I especially want to recognize Pam for her incredible customer service. She truly went above and beyond to help me find the right unit. She put me at ease knowing that my stuff would be super safe. When I came in to finalize my storage unit this morning, Pam noticed that the market price had gone down from the day before. Even though I had already locked in a higher price, she was honest and offered me the lower current rate. She could have easily not mentioned it, but she did — and that level of integrity really stood out to me. Pam also took the time to show me multiple units and helped me figure out what size would work best for my needs. I don’t have a lot of furniture, mostly bins and clothing, and she helped me feel confident that a 5x5 unit would be the right fit. Her people skills, honesty, and willingness to go the extra mile made the whole process so much easier. I really appreciate her help and would absolutely recommend EZ Storage because of the great service I received.

  Raquetta and Pam were so helpful when I became the Trustee of my friend’s estate. They made cleaning out and closing the storage unit so easy.
