I purchased a 5x5 unit online. I discovered that the elevator doesn't work which I wish was included in my email.
Since the elevator was broken, Troy and Juan were amazing with being able to identify a first floor unit to transfer me to with a close rate in price. Shout out to them for their amazing customer service skills and kindness to mediate the issue. I no longer have to walk up to the fifth floor.

I had an excellent experience at Extra Space Storage, and I especially want to recognize Ms. Nita for her outstanding customer service. She was incredibly pleasant, courteous, and professional, and she made the entire process so much easier and stress-free.
The facility was clean, comfortable, and had a really cool, welcoming environment. Ms. Nita’s positive attitude genuinely made my day. It’s not every day you come across someone who takes such pride in providing great service.
