Antonio! What a gracious and helpful person he is. He was helpful at every step of the process and even passed along that some movers I sent over were professional and nice. Very glad to give high marks to Antonio and by proxy extra space, if it’s like this everywhere then they’ve got a good thing going.

Normally I don’t leave reviews but I had to because of how incredible the hospitality was!
I have been an extra space user for a while, but decided to change locations to save money. Ben, one of the staff members, from the start of my inquiry to the final day I spent moving in, went above and beyond helping make sure not only I, but all other customers were more than satisfied. My phone was dead: he gave me his personally charger. Because of that I couldn’t use the app for the elevators: Everytime I got near one with all my boxes, he would already have allowed access to my floor and an elevator called. He made sure I was renting a unit that had a larger unit available across from it in the event I would need to upgrade, I could just slide things across. His conversation and politeness was really inviting and supportive!
At the end of the day, it’s just a storage unit, but Ben knows how stressful moving is for everyone, he honestly stood out not just as an employee at this location, but also just as a a customer service worker in general.
Book him up with a promotion big time!

This has been my best storage experience ever! The facility is so clean, easy to access, and the staff are super friendly. Ben is incredibly gracious and accommodating. Moving is stressful enough on its own, and having Ben around made it so easy. He went out of his way to help open doors, answer my questions, and even let me borrow a portable charger for my phone! His level of customer service is so rare, and I appreciate how helpful he has been throughout my move.
I also want to give a shoutout to Antonio! Thank you for making my transition out of LA so much easier.
Finding a new storage facility with a unit small enough to meet my needs (5x5) close to home was really a God send. This place also gets bonus points for the top notch customer service. Ben was very friendly, extremely helpful, informative, and made our move-in seamless. Everything is also clean and well-maintained, and I love how modern it is. You can tell the staff is really on top of things here. 10/10
Moving is never easy, and I was running behind when my movers arrived. Ben called right away to let me know they were there, which I really appreciated. He asked about the truck and guided me on where to park so unloading would be smoother. He showed me another unit that ended up being a better fit than what I’d reserved, helped me set up the app, and made sure I had everything I needed. The building is brand new, clean, and secure, with fast elevators. The pricing felt fair, too. I left relieved. Thanks, Ben. You made a tough day manageable. I’d recommend this location without hesitation.
