Ben is honestly the best part — super helpful, responsive, and always willing to assist with anything. Huge thanks to him for the excellent customer service. I do wish the app worked more smoothly because it glitches pretty often, and the Wi-Fi could definitely be better too. Extending the hours until 10 PM would also make a huge difference. Still, I’m happy with the storage overall and would recommend it.

The Catalina facility is much larger and has been upgraded with a new IT system. As always, Antonio was very professional, detail-oriented, and took the time to thoroughly show me around and explain everything. I was truly glad to reconnect with him, as he is someone you can always rely on with confidence. He and his team will definitely be there for you!

He helped us pick the right size unit at the best price. Some of my things came from the desert and if you know anything about dessert living, then you know how dusty it is and Antonio made us feel welcomed regardless. 100 out of 10 recommend.
