It’s crazy, my friend closed the door being inside, it forced him to leave the same day, without warning, because it’s the rules. Normal business do not act like that, no one reads full rules, there should be some brief instructions or warning, but kicking all staff from storage because door was closed for few minutes it’s too much. Do not recommend it, as it could crash all your day plans

This location is the BEST and has the most incredible staff. Massive thank you to Susie for going the extra mile to help us out. She was helpful, knowledgable and so friendly that it made a stressful time actually fun. I was also shocked to return to the country after 7 months to find my stuff had zero dust on it after being in storage at this location. In the past i've used other places and my belongings had been absolutely covered in it after a short time.. so much so that I wrapped every item this time in plastic. But there has been no need as everything is in better condition than being in an apartment. Not all storage companies / locations are built the same, this one is top tier. Get in there.
