I previously left a 5-star review, but I am now changing it to 1 star for two reasons.
First, when I came to borrow a cart, a female staff member asked me to leave a positive review. Even after I told her I had already given 5 stars, she continued to watch me until I opened the Maps app, navigated to my review, and physically showed it to her. This made me deeply uncomfortable.
Second, and more seriously: After finishing my move on Monday, June 15th, I went to the office to check out of my unit. A male staff member (not Troy) assisted me. He noted my unit number and promised he would complete the checkout process later that day and send me a confirmation email. Today I thought to check on this — and discovered that my checkout was never processed. My account is set to auto-charge in three days.
I strongly suspect this was not a simple oversight, though I have no proof. If you choose to investigate internally, the relevant timeframe is approximately 10–11 AM on June 15th. The staff member was a male employee other than Troy. I am a middle-aged Asian male.
