I had a great experience today at the storage facility from start to finish. Markee was incredibly welcoming and professional, and made the entire process easy to understand. They took the time to explain everything in detail, including how the facility operates, how to access my unit, and all the security and access procedures. I really appreciated Markee's clear communication and attention to detail. This level of customer service gave me confidence that my belongings are in secure and good hands. Terrible service and constant closures!
This is the 3rd or 4th time this week that I've shown up during operating hours only to find the facility completely closed with nobody around. I pay for a storage unit with guaranteed access, but their staff's negligence is costing me time and money for my business. I have recorded video proof showing the exact time and date of this location being locked up when it's supposed to be open. Management needs to fix this immediately or I will escalate this for breach of contract. Do not rent here if you rely on punctuality!

Very clean and new storage in k town. Easy access and very conveniient and very affordable prices. On top of that, this facility has a very professional and very friendly staff like BEN. All of them were amazing. But Ben is always there to help me out whenever i needed the help. Overall im giving this place a 5 stars. Thank you Ben.
