I’m editing my review. I normally don’t review let alone change a review but I have to say this.
I came today Saturday 6/27/26 to drop off my items in storage. I drove 1 hour to get here. The onsite manager Mario said the elevators weren’t working. I asked to use the stairs. He said they are only for emergencies. I told him this was one. He then said is this an emergency in a condescending tone. I said yes. I need to drop things off as I’m moving. And I still have to drive an hour back. He laughed and said not happening. I tried to call customer service to resolve the issue. No answer. This is leaving such a bad taste since my initial first meeting they were awesome. I spoke to a few other people on site and they all have similar stories. If I didn’t prepay my storage I would be rethinking about using this facility.

I was upset from the beginning. I was quoted a certain price for a certain unit over the phone. I get to the site. And the price changed. And the unit was where I wanted. I had to pay extra. And because I had to time left. I had no choice. It’s like I was tricked.
I show you the next morning to drop of the rest of my things. And the storage opening time said 8:00 am. I waited 1 hour. And no one showed up to open. I had to drop off my things back at my shop and I was late to drop off the U-Haul
Truck. And I was also late for my client.
This had been very disappointing encounter.
I don’t think I can recommend anyone if this is how it will be.
While I was waiting in the morning. The other people waiting said. This happens all the time. That people show up late for work. And always open the storage late.
