  I honestly had such a great experience at Extra Space Storage thanks to Carla. From the moment we walked in, she was welcoming, patient, and genuinely helpful. We realized the first unit we picked wasn’t going to give us enough space, and Carla made the process of upgrading to a larger unit feel effortless. She explained everything clearly, answered every question without attitude, and made sure we felt comfortable with the change before finalizing anything. You can tell she really cares about helping people instead of just rushing them through the process. Moving and storage situations can already be stressful, but Carla made everything smooth, easy, and organized for us. Customer service like that is rare these days. Thank you again, Carla, for being so kind, professional, and accommodating.

  Sean here — I just wanted to leave a review for Carla at Extra Space Storage. Carla has been absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. We originally had a unit that ended up being too small, and she went out of her way to help us smoothly transition into a bigger unit with zero stress or complications. She made everything simple, easy, and professional the entire time, and she never once made us feel like we were being a hassle. Her customer service, patience, and willingness to help really stood out. It’s hard to find people who genuinely care about making things easier for customers, but Carla definitely does. If you’re looking for great service and somebody who actually takes the time to help, ask for Carla. She’s been a huge help to us and made the whole storage experience way better than expected.

  An employee unlocked the door while I was using the restroom. Prevert behavior. The employer said there is a policy regarding not using the restroom for other means. More lies and deflection of responsibility. I went to the office and complained. Not only that, the employee lied and said they called to whoever was in the restroom and no one acknowledged, another lie. I was standing by the sink and made my presence known. Two employees came to the restroom and unlocked the door. I was upset. Liars and sick and twisted-minded people. My advice is to stay away from these people they are wild and will lie and deflect and shift blame elsewhere. It's sick! My complaint was filed with corporate: To Whom It May Concern: I currently rent a unit at this storage facility, and I am writing to formally report a serious incident involving two employees who walked in on me while I was using the restroom. The incident left me feeling humiliated, violated, and extremely uncomfortable. I made my presence known while inside the restroom, including verbally responding and standing by the sink. Despite this, staff later claimed that no one responded when they called out before entering. That statement is false. The facility’s cameras should reflect the timeline of events and support my account. What further concerns me is the response afterward. When I brought this matter to the attention of the staff, responsibility was deflected rather than addressed appropriately. A regional manager or supervising manager later contacted me, but instead of seriously acknowledging the issue, they appeared to support and defend the employees involved rather than address the misconduct and the impact it had on me as a customer. This situation reflects a serious lack of privacy, professionalism, and accountability. I believe this matter deserves proper review and corrective action to ensure that no other tenant experiences a similar violation.
