Hours are just ridiculous! Sundays open from 10-4.... nobody is working, the gate simply opens at 10. What sense does it make to open the gate two hours later than Saturday? Does it not occur to you that working people may need TWO days of moving and want to get an early start? Just a terrible location.

Do not leave a single item here under any circumstances. I lost irreplaceable belongings because this facility has a known, ongoing theft problem and they have done absolutely nothing to improve security or install additional cameras. It’s almost insulting how they respond to negative reviews with generic, copy-paste replies telling people to “call the office,” as if they’re actually capable of solving anything. When I call, I’m met with someone who has a short attention span, makes excuses about being “new,” and claims the manager isn’t available every single time.
When my unit was broken into and I had police on-site filing a report, the office staff treated it like just another ordinary weekday. No urgency. No concern. No follow-up.
Don’t fall for their reviews they just ask people immediately after getting a unit or a tour to leave a review its to look good on google reviews. The truth is, they know this location is a target, and they simply don’t care. Save your valuables and your peace of mind. Go somewhere else, or you will lose everything.

I am in a transition to transfer to my current unit to a new unit and Rae is nothing but exceptional. She was very helpful and professional and made sure she can help me the best of my interest. Never had a problem with my this location and I’ve been with them since 2024.
