  Guys did a wonderful job of cleaning. The only problem was a big puddle of water was on my vinyl floor caused by a hose becoming disconnected which will cause potential damage. So far so good (a week ago), however, time will tell. Otherwise a 5 star rating.

  Oh my gosh, I have never been so impressed by a carpet cleaner than I am today!!! I had dog pee, stains and mulberry stains and they are all out of the carpet!!! It’s crazy how great it looks!!! Thank you so so much!!!

  Really pleased with Chem-Dry. Rodrigo gave me a clear bid over the phone. Cesar was our technician and also walked me through the pricing once he saw the job in person. They did a lot to protect the house and prep the areas. The whole job took about 2 hrs and I couldn’t be happier. We had a couple bad stains that they got 95% out. The rest of the carpet looks like new.

  As usual, Chem- Dry guys did a great job cleaning our soiled stairs from my daughter wearing her sneakers when she's supposed to have taken them off at the bottom of the stairs. The carpet looks brand new again. This is a rental, so I want to make sure I get my deposit back by leaving the place as nice or nicer than how I received it when I moved in. Thank you for a job well done although I was a little disappointed that the price went up about $10 more than the last time for the same job.

  We had moved all of our bedroom furniture out of the room to prepare for new furniture arrival. The white carpet underneath and behind the king bed and 4 pieces of furniture was incredibly dirty and blackish after decades of not moving the pieces. The cleaning result feels like a miracle. The carpet is pure white again and looks brand new!! We can’t believe it. Chem Dry Carpet Tech is the absolute best and we’ll never use anyone else. Thank you so much!
