They are highly knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. The prices are fair and the products are very high quality. The first set of blinds we got almost five years ago now are still in perfect shape. They earn five stars in every regard!

These are somewhat pricey but are the right choice if you want something that will operate flawlessly forever. The prices for the shades are the same as when you order online from lutron directly but in the case of working with budget blinds we got expert planning advice, a much larger range of fabric choices, expert installation, and the peace of mind that if anything needs to be adjusted they will have my back. I highly recommend budget blinds.
