- DCDave CDec 27, 20241.0I have been a customer of Albee's for many years, but most recently, they did not delivery on the date and time as promised. When I called, they had forgotten about the delivery. We eventually received the stove for the tenant, days later and installed by a Albee's representative. And now after a few weeks, the new stove is malfunctioning and you can smell gas. Albee's was notified of the problem, but up to this day, has not resolved the problem nor provided a plan to resolve it, even when they promised to get back to me. Albee's, you should put yourself in the shoes of your customers, only then, will you understand what you are doing wrong.
