  THREE NO-SHOW DELIVERIES AND NOT ONE COURTESY CALL Absolutely terrible experience with Albee’s Appliance. I ordered and PAID for a refrigerator that was supposed to be delivered Monday morning. Monday afternoon came and went — no refrigerator and, incredibly, NO PHONE CALL. I had to call them to find out what happened. I was told they had “screwed up,” there wasn’t enough room on the truck for my refrigerator, and they were sorry nobody called to tell me. Fine. Mistakes happen. We rescheduled for Wednesday. Sabino assured me that because of what happened Monday, we would receive PRIORITY handling and that a special truck would come directly to us. Wednesday: NO SHOW. NO CALL. I called again. More excuses. This time I was PROMISED delivery at 10:00 AM Thursday. Thursday: I once again had someone waiting at the house specifically to receive this refrigerator. Almost noon — NO REFRIGERATOR. NO CALL. That was enough. I demanded a full refund. Three scheduled delivery dates. Three times we arranged for someone to be there. Three failures to deliver. Not one proactive phone call to tell us they weren't coming. What makes this experience so unacceptable isn't simply that there was a delivery problem. Problems happen. It's the complete lack of communication and the repeated promises that weren't kept. If you tell a customer you're giving their order “priority handling” and sending a special truck directly to them, and then you don't even show up or call, what is the customer supposed to believe the next time you make a promise? I gave Albee’s Appliance multiple opportunities to make this right. Instead, they wasted our time over and over again. I demanded my money back and will purchase my refrigerator elsewhere. I will NEVER use this company again and absolutely cannot recommend them.

  Broken promises, overpromises and consistent no-deliveries. Stay away! My mom tried to buy from Albee's, and I had to get involved to get her money bsck.

  They are the worse! Delivered my appliances to the wrong house n left them outside. They told me they would be delivered Monday n they didn’t arrive til Tuesday THE NEXT WEEK. They never call back when they say. Terrible service, prices are not the greatest either
