After wasting 4+ hours of my time, going back and forth from his shop and the parking garage where my car was locked, he insisted my car was at fault. After bringing it into a car dealership they told me he sold me a faulty key for $200. When I asked if I could return my key he refused and hung up on me. BUYER BEWARE

Staff are knowledgeable, happy to give info/advice, and the prices are SO much more reasonable than keyme/homedepot. Last visit I needed a copy of my 2013 Kia car key (simple, no fob/buttons). Price: 14$, done in 6 minutes.
