- RGR G4 days ago4.0The management here is very helpful and friendly and accommodating. The storage is clean and I have had no issues. The rate went up after a few months, but the Clay was able to help me find a smaller unit to move to that was a bit cheaper. I wish they didn't raise rates so quick, but I know it was a sale and wouldnt last forever, I just wish it lasted a bit longer. Overall happy and intend to stay for a while.

I spoke about it with management when I moved in, and they told me rates can change after the sale period ends, which I understand, but it just seems high. Looking around, its still cheaper than most of their close competitors, but it still kind of stinks. Overall I am happy with my unit, its clean and quiet and the manager is nice, but the rate change is rough. Hopefully it stays down for a while or I may have to move.
