  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I don’t normally get excited about going to a laundromat 😂 but Supreme Laundry definitely deserves FIVE STARS! This is honestly the nicest laundromat I have ever been to. It’s huge, extremely clean, beautiful, and the machines are modern and well kept. I honestly didn’t even know a laundromat could be this nice! I especially want to recognize Jshawn. He was absolutely wonderful! Very friendly, patient, helpful, and just genuinely nice. Great customer service makes such a difference, and Jshawn went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. I’ve been to plenty of laundromats over the years, but this one is on a completely different level. If you’re in Long Beach and looking for a clean, comfortable, well-maintained place to do your laundry, I HIGHLY recommend Supreme Laundry. They definitely gained a new customer today! And Jshawn, keep up the excellent work! You are appreciated! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I am new to doing laundry in laundromats and am often very confused on how to do things efficiently. But as soon as I walked in, multiple employees offered to help me. Jshawn was amazing. He really went above and beyond to help me learn how everything works in this laundromat as well as helped me actually load money onto the laundry card, and even helped me put my stuff in the washer. He also helped me save a lot of money by telling me I still had extra room in the washers and didn’t need to buy more detergent- which I was naive to this. Thanks JShawn for such a great experience and all your help! Your great!! Supreme Clean Laundry definitely is the place to go! Not only are they open 24 hours a day, but it’s a brand new spot. Great employees, super clean, good prices, good vibe.

  Recently moved to the Long Beach area and have had not so good luck finding a nice clean laundromat. Supreme Clean Laundry has been the 4 laundromat I have tried and it is safe to say I will be returning. This place has all new machines that use filtered water (have not seen that anywhere else.) They have a bunch of incentives aswell i.e. free coffee, free pizza thursdays, and monthly raffles. This laundromat is really modernized but luckily Jshawn was here to guide me through the process and made sure all my questions were answered. He also has an energetic personality to make you feel welcomed as well. I will definitely be recommending this place to surrounding neighbors and friends.

  My husband and I decided to check out this new Black-owned laundromat, and we're so glad we did! From the moment we walked in, the customer service was absolutely amazing. Everyone was welcoming, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. A special shoutout to Jayshawn, who went above and beyond to help us navigate the new high-tech washers. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. They have all the laundry essentials you could need, the machines are clean, modern, and efficient, and our clothes came out looking and smelling amazing. The washing and drying experience was truly top-notch! It's refreshing to find a business that combines excellent customer service with quality equipment and a clean, inviting atmosphere. My husband and I have officially found our new go-to laundromat, and we'll definitely be coming here from now on. If you're in the Long Beach area, do yourself a favor and come check them out. Supporting a Black-owned business that truly values its customers is an easy choice. Highly recommend! 👏🏾🧺✨

  Absolutely! Here's a version that highlights the employee without sounding over the top: I absolutely love this laundromat! It has become my favorite place to do laundry. Everything is always very clean, and I really appreciate that every wash is sanitized and disinfected. It makes me feel confident that my clothes are getting truly clean. They have washers and dryers in many different sizes, so it's perfect whether you have a small load or a lot of laundry. The prices are amazing! The smallest washers are around $2, and even the biggest washer is only about $10. Dryers start at just $0.69, and the largest ones are only $1.19. They also have so many great extras! Free coffee, free Wi-Fi, a charging station for your phone, and a fun kids' corner with coloring books to keep little ones entertained. I also love their promotions! You get bonus points every time you add money to your laundry card, a free laundry card when you sign up, free laundry detergent on Wednesdays when you add $20 to your card, and even FREE pizza on Thursdays starting at 5 p.m. while supplies last. What really made my first visit special was the customer service. The gentleman named Jshawn helped me, he was incredibly friendly, patient, and welcoming. He gave me a complete tour of the laundromat, explained how everything worked, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable before I started. It's rare to find someone who takes the time to help customers like that, and it made a huge difference. Clean, affordable, family-friendly, and excellent customer service. I highly recommend this place, and I'll definitely be coming back! 😊
