  Jesus went above and beyond to assist me, and he was incredibly informative throughout my visit. He seemed genuinely excited about the business, as well as the upcoming events and promotions. I was extremely impressed by the level of customer service, especially at 3:00 a.m., when it's so rare to find employees who are that friendly and engaged. I also noticed that he treated every customer with the same enthusiasm and respect, which says a lot about his professionalism. The laundromat offers complimentary coffee all night and has charging stations for cell phones, which are thoughtful conveniences. I was initially concerned about the surrounding area, but it didn't seem to be an issue during my visit, although the location still encourages me to stay aware of my surroundings. The facility is very spacious, with large-screen televisions and pleasant music. My only suggestion would be to install a large, easy-to-see clock somewhere in the building. It would make it much easier for customers to keep track of time while monitoring their laundry machines. Overall, I had an excellent experience and would definitely return.

  Yeah, oh the first thing I wanna say is this there’s always fresh hot coffee ready for you to drink before you start your heavy mission on doing your laundry and it’s always there 24 seven, I just want to share my first experience here with Jeremiah at the laundromat right here. Anyways, it was amazing. It was awesome, and I appreciate his help. His respect and his kind ways I'd recommend this laundromat for everybody in the city of Long Beach, even the city of Silver Lake cause that's where I come from, this is a clean laundromat, got a hard worker right here, and the crowd is pretty much mellow, so yeah. Come on, down, bring the family, come on, and watch prices are extremely good and low. It's a respectful business right here, all right? Move to Jeremiah, thank you for helping me. Thank you for being so kind and respectful.

  I've had a great experience every time I come to this laundromat. Jose and JD always provide excellent customer service and are friendly, helpful, and welcoming. My son loves coming here because they have a kids' zone, which keeps him entertained while I finish washing our clothes. It makes doing laundry so much easier. I definitely recommend this laundromat to anyone looking for a clean place with amazing staff and a family-friendly atmosphere plus they stay playing some good music. Good vibes frfr

  Jd was absolutely awesome 👌 Attitude super friendly super attentive and helpful on the other hand the Hispanic chick that does the cleaning or the washing of the machines the heavy set lady was really disrespectful I was trying to approach her and talk to her she just kind of ignored me turned the other way kept walking continued what she was doing and he had to approach the situation and kind of take Uber for for her and speak and help me out and I think that's insane
