  Back in 2012, Stanley Shade installed 3 custom Hunter Douglas metal mini-blinds in my remodeled kitchen. They did a super job. Last year, I called Stanley Shade to see if they could find replacements for the cracked plastic end pieces on the bottom rung of the shades. Within a week, the replacements were available at no charge. Just this last week, I needed tabs to replace the cracked tabs holding the strings in place on those bottom rungs. Used their online web contact and left an email message with Ryan LaFerrara on a Saturday. Received an immediate response from Ryan. Again, the pieces arrived, free of charge within a week. No attempt to get me to purchase a new set of blinds - repair is fine with Stanley Shade. I love working with local businesses that provide quality customer service.

  We used Stanley Shades for one motorized shade and about six other pull down shades in our house. Ryan was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the process. His price estimate and timeline were on accurate and we appreciated his responsiveness with our questions. 10/10 recommend especially to support a local business!

  The loop cord to my roman shade broke, and I thought it was going to take forever to fix it. The last time I had a shade fixed somewhere else, it took 4 weeks to restring it and get it back, and they charged me the earth, moon, and stars to do it. But not here! Walked in. Showed Ryan at Stanley Shades the problem. He fixed it in 10 minutes. Charged me micro money. Totally satisfied with the service!!! Ryan, you rock, my friend. Not that I'm hoping that my shades break in the future, but if they do, this is definitely where I'm bringing it!!

  I purchased 10 vanesavers at Stanley Shades for $7.50. The owner took the time to take a photo of the product and text it to me so I could see it before coming in. Once I came in I was treated in a friendly and respectful manner. That was for a $7.50 purchase. I can only imagine that I would have been treated as a queen if I was spending good money on custom drapery for my home. Stanley"s has been in business for 90 years and the current guy running the business is the grandson of the owner.
