  This was my wife and my first time using the Wash, Dry, Go service. Both Cecy and Susan were friendly and helpful. I’m very happy that we found this place for our weekly laundry trip.

  I absolutely love Speed Queen Laundry! Even though I have another laundromat only about two blocks from my home, I choose to drive to Speed Queen because the difference in quality, cleanliness, and customer service is night and day. The facility is always clean, organized, and well-maintained. You can tell the staff takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly. One employee who deserves special recognition is Cecy. Every time I come in around 6:00 AM, she's already hard at work cleaning, maintaining the facility, and making sure everything looks great for customers. She's always friendly, helpful, and professional. It's refreshing to walk into a business where employees genuinely care about the customer experience. Cecy consistently goes above and beyond, and her hard work does not go unnoticed. She is a big reason why I continue to return and remain a loyal customer. If management is reading this, give Cecy a raise! Employees like her are invaluable and make every visit worth every dollar spent. Clean machines, clean facility, friendly staff, and excellent customer service. Highly recommended!

  Have a great experience every time I go here. I ran into a blooper today though. I used the same exact setting for both washing machines and paid a different price. Just let the attendant know because I feel that was unjustified. I still like the convenience of the App. The attendant was very nice and pleasant too.

  Awesome place to do laudry. It is SUPER CLEAN, (everything) & SPACIOUS, family friendly. ( it has a little kiddies area to keep ur your children occupied while you do laundry. Lots of machines available for use. Employee is available at all time to assist. I love that they have a seating area while you wait for your clothes and more importantly a restroom for customers. Love Love love this place. It will be my go to laundry mat when I'm in town.
