  I first want to say that I truly like Aptive and would not use another service. Now why the 4 instead of 5. Normally I give them the highest scores. Something changed with my most recent visit. Normally, the technician knocks on my door after he has completed his service to explain what he has found and how he has treated the house and grounds. The technicians have always asked if I had any questions or concerns before they leave. I really like this service. Unfortunately, the last technician left without speaking to me which disappointed me.

  Technician Justin H was extremely communicative, prompt, and professional throughout the entire service. He was very thorough and detailed in his work, and I especially appreciated all the pictures he provided after completing the service. It gave me a great understanding of what was done and the condition of everything. I would be more than happy to have Justin service our home every time. He provided excellent service, and I highly recommend him!

  Outstanding Customer Service – Kevin Johnson A big shout-out to Kevin Johnson for providing outstanding customer service during our Aptive treatment on September 28, 2026. We truly appreciate his professionalism, attention to detail, and the care he showed while servicing our home. I also appreciate the detailed work summary and photos that were provided afterward. It was very helpful to have a clear record of the work completed. Kevin is an outstanding representative of Aptive and truly exemplifies a strong work ethic and commitment to excellent customer service. His professionalism and dedication did not go unnoticed.   I get eaten alive by mosquitoes whenever I go into my back patio. That’s the main reason I hired Aptive. The last three times I never saw anyone in my back yard. I have had someone, however, take pictures of their work that includes the back yard. Guess some technicians take photos and some don’t. It’s hard for me to give Aptive a high ranking given how uncomfortable I am in my own back yard because of the mosquitos.

  If I could give zero stars, I would. Based on my experience, I feel this company was extremely misleading. The only reason I signed up for their service was because we had what appeared to be moles in our front yard. Their salesperson told me that they were more than likely voles and that the company could take care of the problem. Unfortunately, they did not. They do not even qualify to take care of wild animals. I eventually had to purchase products myself and handle the problem on my own. Once after they just finished their work for few days, I had a huge spider drooped on top of my head in the house. On top of that, I was charged every month at a price that was higher than what I found elsewhere, even though they only came to provide service once every two months—or sometimes even once every three months. If they were not providing monthly service, I don’t understand why I was being charged every month. I was extremely disappointed, so I cancelled the service. After cancellation, they stopped sending service notifications and stopped sending technicians to my property, so I assumed the account was closed. However, I recently discovered that they were still charging me. This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I strongly recommend carefully reviewing your billing and cancellation status if you use this company. I would not recommend their service based on my experience.
