  I normally chase these guys away or I don’t even answer the door! Today was different the young man was very nice and everything he said they did for me! I think I’m going to be happy with them! Thank you for stopping at my door! By by spiders!

  I can’t say enough great things about this company! Cam, our service tech, did an amazing job. He was incredibly thorough, took the time to explain everything, and even showed me pictures afterward of all the work that was completed. You can really tell he cares about doing the job right and went above and beyond what I expected. And Roxy absolutely knows her stuff. When she first showed up at my front door, I honestly didn’t know what to expect, but she immediately made me feel comfortable. She answered every single question I had and was so knowledgeable about their services and process. It’s rare to come across people who are both professional and genuinely passionate about what they do. I’m so happy I signed up with them and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy pest control service!

  We signed up with Aptive because of a super sales lady- Camie. She was very personable and explained the company’s products and their thoroughness with pests. Today we had Brandon, their specialist come for the first service. He was thorough and explained in detail what he was going to do and did everything. He said that the regular crew will be coming hereafter. But, if we encounter any bugs/pests before their next scheduled service we can call them to come and take care of the problem. For now, I feel the decision to sign up with Aptive is a good one. Hopefully I won’t be disappointed.

  Once again Aptive knocked it out of the park with service. Evan was awesome at explaining what he was doing and fallowing up with pictures of his work. As always Evan was most respectful and professional, on time and a joy to work with. I’d recommend Evan and Aptive to anyone looking for pest control in the Antioch, Brentwood, Discovery Bay Area.

  I never get a time when the technician is coming and they just randomly send me a date without confirming with me if I’ll be home. The technician never does what I request when they are here. At My last appointment which was yesterday, the tech only sprayed my front and a little of my back yard. I requested my house and garage to be sprayed and fly treatment and flea treatment, front and back and garage, besides the bugs. Nothing else was done and the tech just left and texted me pictures of my front yard. He didn’t even complete my request. I had to stay home all day because I never received a time frame to which they would be arriving. I had to wait for a text from the tech when he was about an hour out from my house. Basically I could do exactly the same spraying that the tech has been doing to my home all these months for a way better price and treat all the areas I need treated. But if I cancel my contract with Aptive, I will be charged an extra $200 just to cancel before 18 Mo rugs which I didn’t know. The salesperson told me sure I can cancel anytime but didn’t mention the penalty I would be paying. And to top it all off, the treatment used, doesn’t keep any bugs away. I still have water bugs, earwigs, spiders and fleas coming in my house in a daily along with flies at both my front door and back door. Very disappointed in the communication, the service and the treatment itself. The technician didn’t do anything I asked of him when he texted me about arriving within an hour sometime. So I gave him notice of what I needed done. He sprayed, really quickly, a scant outline of my front yard and a little of my backyard. That was it. Not worth the money to me at all.
