All visits have been above expectations, the results are immediate. I thought I’d have to live with flies and mosquitoes spring/summer unless spending an arm and leg, but nope Aptive gets the job done. I look forward to em each visit bc I get peace of mind, and feels priceless walking out into your yard and have doors open, with worries of a bug jetting into my house and if does, Aptive also provides me solutions.. I hope you guys enjoy Aptive as much as we do.

I would give this company a 10 out of 10. The only reason they are not getting 10 out of 10 stars is because the initial communication was a bit choppy or shall I say didn't happen attack was supposed to come to my house and they never showed up and I never received an email or any kind of correspondence alerting me that inspection had been canceled due to a attack not being able to come because of an emergency they had second tech that was sent. After the second appointment was canceled on me was amazing and made up for it all overall I'm very satisfied. Great company and I'm already seeing the results of the products being used in my garden and for spiders and ants and mosquitoes. I've been able to sit out in my yard comfortably.

Great timing! We had a few roaches seen in the garage and a few seen in the house and we had used Raid to keep them at bay. Michael knocked on our door yesterday and sold us an 18 month service and told us a tech could come by in a few hours to do the initial service, spider web cleaning and bug spraying.
Upon the beginning of the spraying along the house in the backyard, the spray must have struck a colony or harborage and SO many roaches came running out, climbing up the house and scattering everywhere. I'm so glad we signed up, could not have been better timing!
Thank you Aptive!

My first review of “very satisfied” was just based on customer service but then I went out to check the work. I was told Adaptive wasn’t that good during Covid (I’d agree) but had since improved (but did they?). Mind you, I did not see what my eves looked like before the service. However, after the service, there were standing and obvious Cobb webs pretty much in every slot of the eves and gutters which was surprising since several photos were sent to me of my service member dusting the eves and shed. Now, I think they were just poses because little to no dusting of eves (for pest control) actually occurred in my opinion. I spent about an hour doing it myself after. Everything else seems okay but I won’t know until a few days down the road from now. I think the sales person and service member should chat before completing a service. Now, I am thinking about canceling the service. If they did a poor job at dusting the eves, where else did they take shortcuts on? This is not at all what I expected from a 4.5 star rated company. I wasn’t looking for Marine Corps grade inspection ready; just a completion of what was promised. I feel like I could do a better job on my own. My rating after inspection is “fair”.

Why am I still seeing pests after my first treatment?
If you are seeing pests right after your treatment, odds are you are witnessing them flee your property, which typically means the treatment is effective. If after a week you are still seeing pests, give us a call and our service professional will gladly return to treat your home at no additional cost.
How much does professional pest control cost?
Our professional pest control plans start as low as $49 to $55 per month for our Basic plan, depending on your location. We offer three primary tiers—Basic, Pro, and Premium—designed to fit different levels of protection needs and budgets.
Do you offer same-day pest control services?
Yes, depending on current technician availability. If you call before noon, we can often provide same-day service for urgent pest issues.
How soon can a technician come out for an emergency?
We strive for 24 to 48-hour response times. For emergencies like a yellow jacket nest or indoor roach sightings, we prioritize your call in our daily schedule.
Do you spray both the inside and outside of the house?
Yes, standard service covers both. We focus on the exterior to stop pests at the source and treat the interior (baseboards/under sinks) to eliminate any that have already entered.
What areas are included in a "perimeter" treatment?
A perimeter treatment covers 3 feet up the foundation and 3 feet out into the yard. We also treat windowsills, door frames, and eaves.
How do I get rid of an ant infestation in my kitchen?
To stop ants, we use "transferable" baits. Workers carry the bait back to the queen, killing the entire colony rather than just the ants you see on the counter.
What is the best treatment for German cockroaches?
German roaches require a combination of baiting, insect growth regulators (IGRs), and sanitation. They are resilient, so 2–3 follow-up visits are often required for total elimination.
Is pest control safe for children and infants?
Yes, we prioritize family-safe applications. By focusing on the exterior and using low-toxicity indoor treatments, we minimize exposure. We recommend keeping children out of treated areas for 30–60 minutes until dry.
What is your "Pest-Free Guarantee"?
Our guarantee means if the pests return between scheduled visits, we return for free. We stay until the problem is solved.
Do you offer free re-treatments?
Yes, all of our recurring plans include unlimited free re-treatments for covered pests.
Why am I still seeing bugs after my first service?
This is the "flush out" period. The treatment is driving pests out of their hiding spots. They will die off shortly after coming into contact with the product.
Why is the pest problem getting worse?
This usually happens with ants and roaches as they are attracted to our baits. This "surge" is a sign that the colony is actively feeding on the treatment.
How can I tell if a treatment was successful?
Success is measured by a steady decrease in sightings and finding dead insects rather than live ones.
Do you guarantee 100% elimination?
We guarantee to control and manage populations to the point where they do not infest your living space. No one can stop every single bug from ever entering, but we ensure they don't stay.
