Horrible service. Sold me a defective fridge, has been two weeks and still havent been able to get my replacement. Fridge went out on day 2. I called customer care and had someone come out to confirm the fridge was bad. I called customer care and was told that I would get a call in a day or two with details about my replacement/delivery details and that was two weeks ago. Mind you, my fridge has already spoiled all of the food that I just purchased and because I bought with a debit card, I have to go through the manufacturer to have swapped out. Complete BS. I keep calling numbers and no one is helping me. I still dont have a fridge and feel I was robbed of $2500. I will never buy from Lowes again. I should have just stuck with Home Depot like I originally planned. They have superior service and I have never been treated like this by them. Guess the next step is the BBB to help get my money back. Horrible Service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Normally great..but today I wanted to buy some solar yard lights and on the end cap it said $4. There were 2 different sets...one on the left and another set on the right and it just said $4 but the $4 price tag was over to the right which is right above the set that I was trying to buy the manager wouldn't honor it so it was kind of discouraging I normally love that place and I think they have fair prices and I love their sales but today I was not in love

A great place to get your materials and tools for any uild projects. This store is not as busy as the others so it's a nice shopping experience. Staff are friendly and helpful. No snooty people for sure. I just wished they would carry Ryob products but they do have Klein tools instead. 👍Just watch out for Lincoln Hill senior residents on golf carts. They generally own the roads and seem to forget rules. 😁

Wife ordered a new washing machine to be installed. Delivery guys we great installed without any problems. Then the water started leaking. We called and we were told a repair man would be by the next day to assess the issue. We expressed that we either needed it to be fixed or a new one delivered the next day as laundry was already piled up and we are no where near a laundromat. The lady i talked to said she was placing the order for the new one just in case and either way we would be set. Well first it wasnt a repair man who came it was the installer (my wife had requested that it not be the same person who installed) he looked and determined it was a flaw with the machine and would let the store know. I called at 11am and was told i needed to talk to Liz the manager for appliances she was on break and would be back around 12. I called back at 1pm and was told she would be back at 2. I explained that I was told we would be receiving a new washer if it wasnt fixed. She then hung up on me. I called back again and asked to talk to the store manager. Then I talked to the manager he said that the best the could do was deliver the next day. I explained i spent close to 3hrs total on hold and the customer service we received was terrible. I asked how they were going to make it right he said he would refund $100 to make it right. That still hasn't happened and I will never do business with Lowe's again

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
