He was extremely professional and helpful in explaining the type of treatments that could target each pest. In addition, Adrian went above and beyond by inspecting the exterior for the root cause of the mites, which turned out to be wasp and bird nests. I would recommend American Pest Control.
- LHLee HickmanJun 26, 20265.0We had a nest with 2 fledgling mourning doves in it on our balcony and they have been super sweet and fascinating to watch, but unfortunately they have brought bird mites into our home. When we called American Pest Control, Angela was so nice and helpful on the phone, she made the start up process easy and thorough. Calvin was our pest control guy and he too was very nice and efficient. He removed the nest, sprayed the area and balcony, and then sprayed inside our home around baseboards, mattresses, and door entry ways. He even added some ant gel around our wall air conditioner because we were starting to see micro ants coming from there. We will see how all the treatments hold up but the overall customer service we had going into it was very nice, reasonably priced, and I would definitely recommend them based on those things alone. Thanks American Pest Control!
