  I had an excellent experience with Lathrop Self Storage. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and secure, giving me peace of mind that my belongings are safe. The property is well-lit, easy to access, and it's clear that the staff takes pride in keeping everything in great condition. Heather was outstanding to work with. She is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about providing great customer service. She answered all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the rental process quick and stress-free. It's refreshing to work with someone who is both friendly and experienced.
