  We had a few special areas we wanted treated. He did it expedictiously and always with a smile and professionally. He remembered our original problem areas and was able to complete everything very efficiently. He arrived early and we were in the back tard and did not her the door bell ring. He sought us out and was able to complete the work in the morning when it is a little cooler and better for us. James is a good and competent worker.

  James did a great job however. We still have a lot of ants and spiders. I had hoped for even better results James was curious and worked efficiently. I’m not sure if I have Bigger expectations than was delivered. My sales guy said you won’t see any for 30 days. I have a dog so it really important to me that it works every month .

  Antonio called to let me know he was on his way. He is very upbeat & personable while still maintaining a pleasant professional demeanor. He sprayed all of the main areas of my house & explained what we could expect in the days to come. He even told me about a discount I would receive because I paid the service year in full! Thank you Antonio for great customer service!

  How do you rate a pest control service; by the way the technician rings the doorbell, is very personable, and says he’s going to do a good job? Or, do you rate them on the numbers of bugs that you have and your expectation of a “no bug guarantee“? I’ve actually ended up purchasing my own spray that I used to augment what my technician puts around my house. When the grandkids come over and they’re following ant trails, shooting roaches with squirt guns and noticing black widows crawling over the patio furniture, it makes me wonder am I getting the right service, along with the top dollar cost to provide that service.

  Michael from Clark Pest Control has been absolutely wonderful! He is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to explain what he is doing and why. He genuinely cares about doing a good job and making sure the problem is taken care of—not just quickly treating the issue and leaving.
