Utility Company
The mission of the Customer Service Department is:
“To assist and communicate in a timely and professional manner while facilitating mutually beneficial solutions to customer issues and concerns.”
Customer Service is responsible for preparing monthly statements, processing payments, establishing & discontinuing service, maintaining customer billing accounts and responding to customer inquiries.
The department is staffed by a 15-member, professionally trained team that is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to all the rate payers of the District.

- PPPaulina Paulson3 days ago5.0We took part in this program with Synergy & Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District. I thought it was to good to be true. Imanol Martinez helped us get scheduled & called to check the progress. Jose did the installs of new toilets, service of our A/C and attic insulation. We also got a tankless water heater. This was all at no cost through Synergy & the water district. Imanol & Jose were AMAZING! What a program. They were very professional, very accommodating, & just had the BEST customer service! Couldn’t be happier. Thank you so much!
