Been meaning to write this review about almost a year and a half ago my storage unit broken into luckily I had insurance so I was able to file a claim through insurance, but the unit that I had would’ve been able to be captured by the camera I wasn’t notified about the break-in until basically I came in one day and to load up more stuff inside and found out that the lock was broken. Like I said, I was never notified of anything and yeah, I mean there weren’t really much help with figuring out who did it or any camera footage but yes, make sure you get insurance on your stuff because otherwise you might get broken into

Excellent customer service. Especially Mr Walter outstanding worker, very experienced and know how to talk to customer and resolve any situational moments. Since I moved to this storage I always worked with him to resolve any issues that I would have. Even over the phone he always trying to help to complete customer satisfaction.
