  I went to Ortho Mattress in dire need of a new bed. I had gotten one from seats but they sent the wrong one and were very rude and unprofessional in the returning process. If that had never happened I would never have gotten an amazing mattress and thanks to Ro I was able to set up the deliver to made next day. Ro was very professional and kind, she was helpful on the phone and in the store.

  I had a great experience at Ortho mattress. The sales lady, Ro, spent a lot of time with me, teaching me the differences between different mattresses and materials, and even showed me samples of the different types of foams and coil systems. I highly recommend seeing Ro at Ortho mattress on Greenfield.

  The customer service at Ortho Mattress is outstanding!! Our salesperson Ro is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Our overall experience working with Ro was the best! She took care of us from the moment we walked in the door until our new mattress was in our home!! I highly recommend Ortho Mattress and Ro!!
