With our stressful era, having a hobby is one of the best detoxifications. All staff are friendly and helpful. Even the shoppers around are nice!

The whole team there seamlessly worked together to take care of every aspect of my framing experience. They made very helpful suggestions and executed on our vision flawlessly. And to top it all off, when they told me the delivery date I told them the day before that was my birthday and they finished early and delivered it on my birthday. Best thing ever. All due to their hard work. Thank you ladies and thank you Hobby Lobby for being so awesome throughout the years.
- AAAnnJun 2, 20261.0Extremely upset. I have been to this Hobby Lobby countless times and spent well over $1000,but never returned anything. I decided to buy a lot of decorations for my baby shower I didn’t end up using all of them, so brought some back to be returned. I donated anything I had used. I had no clue that they would have to manually go through a receipt with a pen and mark off the items. I’m not sure why they’re using such an outdated and prone to mistake system. I am 8 1/2 months pregnant and wanted to get this done before giving birth, it ended up taking 37 minutes for these items to be returned. I got nothing but attitude from the lady that helped me today from 11:58-12:35. She continued to complain at how long this was gonna take her and how frustrated she was. She continued to make me feel so uncomfortable and anxious with more rude comments when all I wanted to do was return decorations. Her coworker that was also returning items for other people and asked me to carry every one else’s return items on the counter into a shopping cart. I was so in shock that she was asking me to do this and by the attitude from both workers- I did it even though I’m not supposed to be lifting much. Eventually We had to get two additional layers of managers to come check these receipts because there were so many inconsistencies that I saw. After four items had been not refunded(because she forgot to type them in) and Nearly 40 minutes of standing on my feet I gave up. I don’t even know how much money they took from me and did not refund me. I would challenge Hobby Lobby at this location to find a more updated and efficient way to handle returns. I would also challenge them to train their employees to be kind to anyone trying to return items especially those that are pregnant and not ask them to do work for them.
