  Purchased a mattress from Ortho Mattress in 2021 for around $3,500 with what was advertised as a 25-year warranty. After only about 4.5 years, the mattress developed significant sagging to the point where you feel like you roll toward the edge of the bed while sleeping. I contacted the company regarding the warranty process and was required to pay $65 for an “independent” inspection, only to be told the mattress did not qualify under warranty coverage. Very disappointing considering the price point and the age of the mattress. What frustrates me most is that I previously owned a mattress from Custom Comfort that lasted around 15 years at a fraction of the cost. For a premium-priced mattress, I expected substantially better durability and customer support. At the end of the day, there are too many mattress companies out there to spend this kind of money on a product that breaks down this quickly and a warranty process that feels designed not to help the customer. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend Ortho Mattress to friends, family, or anyone who asks me where to shop for a mattress. I’ll be steering people toward companies that actually stand behind the products they sell.

  We had a wonderful experience at Ortho Mattress. We walked in unsure of what we were looking for and Cliff helped us through the whole process. He helped us find a mattress that met all our needs and there was never any pressure put on us. We walked away with a mattress that we love. Highly recommend coming here for your mattress needs.
