I had the pleasure of being assisted by a wonderful young woman named Lilhy, and I apologize if I have misspelled her name. I needed to move into a smaller storage unit because I no longer required the larger space I had been renting, and she made the entire process remarkably easy.
She was warm, friendly, caring, and genuinely attentive. She took the time to make sure I was completely comfortable with my new unit and truly satisfied with the change. Her kindness and dedication made what could have been a stressful experience feel simple and pleasant.
