- GRgloria ramirezOct 5, 20265.0We had a great experience with Russel of Budget Blinds of Whittier, we scheduled the appointment, reviewed our options, ordered and they returned to install. The technicians, came installed, were patient in showing us how to open and close the blinds correctly and they left all clean. Very content!

- JSJanet StilwellOct 16, 20255.0Budget Blinds are amazing. We were in the process of remodeling our church in Whittier and I had Budget Blinds come out 3 years ago gave me a quote and they patiently waited until we were ready. They are by far a very professional company and well respected. I finally got the blinds installed and they are great! Once again professional and respectable. Thank you Russ for everything.
