- LNL N5 days ago2.0I've been a World Market member for years, and today my coupon wouldn't pull up at checkout. I explained this to Camille, the cashier, and she basically shrugged it off. She rang everything up at full price and told me she couldn't help with the coupon. That was it. I'm not paying full price when I'm a member and the discount is right there, so I stepped out of line to try to sort it out myself. While I was standing there, Bri, the manager, walked over and asked if I needed help. She registered my phone number, helped me find my coupon in my text messages, and got me my discount in a few minutes. No attitude, no fuss. Bri was fantastic. Camille was the opposite. I wasn't asking for anything crazy. I'm an actual member, and my account information was right there on her screen. She could see it. Either she couldn't put two and two together, or she didn't want to take the time. Yes, there was a line behind me, and I get that. But line or not, helping the customer in front of you is the job. Without customers, there is no job. I'll keep shopping here because of people like Bri, but I hope Camille gets some coaching on this.

- SHSidney HernandezAug 3, 20265.0My husband and I just had such a great experience! We are shopping for our new house and lost track of time while we were shopping. We wanted to buy a rug with the rest of our items and it was close to closing. We told them we could pick up the rug the next day but they helped us get the rug tonight. Thank you Cynthia, Selay (I am sorry if I spelled your name wrong!), and the manager who’s name we didn’t catch for all your help filling our new home!
