- PPPhilly PhilOct 5, 20265.0Found my "we don't call 911" sign here
- DBDa’Anzae Bland-WarrenOct 1, 20261.0I called and Abel said he put the new Pokemon cards on hold for me. I get here he does not have the new ones only old. I just drove 20 minutes for nothing. If you are going to say you something at least verify
- MAMarco AlvarezSep 25, 20265.0I went in to gift wrap a present and Elizabeth helped me pick out everything I needed. The people there are friendly and helpful and this matters to me.
- FAForever AlenaSep 16, 20261.0I am extremely disappointed and offended by the customer service I received from Hobby Lobby. I called specifically to ask a simple question regarding whether certain ornaments would be restocked. Instead of receiving basic customer service, the employee hung up on me while I was still speaking and before I had even finished explaining what I needed. I called back and was transferred to another service department. Unfortunately, the exact same thing happened again. I was once again disconnected before I could finish speaking. I genuinely do not understand why I was treated this way. I am not sure whether the employees assumed my call was a prank or simply did not want to assist me, but regardless, hanging up on a customer without allowing them to finish speaking is extremely disrespectful and completely unacceptable. I felt dismissed, disrespected, and honestly hurt by the experience. I called because I had a legitimate question and expected the basic courtesy of being heard. Instead, I was repeatedly cut off and disconnected. Hobby Lobby needs to seriously address the way customers are being treated over the phone. Customer service means listening to customers, even when the question is simple. I hope management takes this complaint seriously and provides better training and accountability to the employees responsible.
