- MEMelody EliasJul 2, 20262.0Ryanne at the registers today such an amazing young lady helping me out ! A great attitude and so sweet and patient. The cashier manager Johnny let me just say he does not hold the skill set in even being in thag position. I had previously went into the store and got helped by Abel place an online pick up order, he was also amazing at helping me out ! But today when I encountered Johnny and Ryanne called him over to let him know I had a pick up order he came with the attitude of hating being there and doing his job and when I told him someone had called me saying my online pickup order was ready with an attitude he goes “you mean special order” obviously us customers do not know if the store has special names to order but the way he approached our encounter was unacceptable as being the manager there. Who ever his manager is definitely needs to look into how he approaches customers. Who knows how much money he’s lost the company making customers feel stupid. I’ve been in customer service for over 15 years and I wouldn’t have Johnny on my team at all especially in a manager position with that attitude he carries. The saddest part about this is that Ryanne noticed it and apologized on his behalf. Give her his position !!! Happy to speak to anyone above Johnny in regards to my encounter with him today. Ryanne don’t ever change in the way you help People it will take you far in life !
