Riverside County Animal Services operates three shelters. The shelter in Jurupa Valley is the largest of our three open facilities. We provide examinations and veterinary care for all stray animals. A large team of animal control officers handle emergency calls and routine activities in unincorporated county areas and within those cities contracting for such services (including Eastvale, Riverside, Jurupa Valley and most of the Coachella Valley-based cities).
