It took 10-15 min for the paint person to come back to the counter, then 1 of the lids of 3 gallons wasnt secured properly and spilled in the bed of my truck!

Do not order cabinets from lowes in jackson ca, You will wait weeks even a couple months to get what you ordered. We ordered an entire kitchen worth, got all but 1 in relatively short time. Of course the 1 is crucial to finishing the project. Lowes hasnt been able to do much in regards to providing us with an accurate time line of when it should arrive. There is only one person in the whole store who has any knowledge of the cabinets they sell, so if it is her day off and you have a question, well get lost and try again. Multiple times i was told the manager would call me back and answer my questions but that never happened once.
Again DO NOT ORDER CABINETS FROM LOWES. Unless youd like the run around and loss off time and money that goes with purchasing products from them.

She works in the cabinet dept, she has been a very great help the last few months we've been shopping at this Lowe's. She always knows how to help us, she has a very positive attitude and is always happy to help. We hope these reviews will get her recognized, she is such a hard worker. She helped us pick out affordable cabinets that fit PERFECTLY! I'm am very pleased with how hard she works. It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
