  I’m blown away. They removed a giant stain of black HAIR DYE (permanent) from a fabric headboard. Amazing communication, friendly staff. This is 5 stars all the way.

  Absolutely incredible. Kind, attentive, warm. So happy with this service and most of all the feeling of working with a real person who actually cares. Helped me do everything possible to get rid of cat pee in my couches no matter how long it took!
