Unit it's ok ... The only downside of this is the manager lurking you in to paying 6 months upfront in the promise that you will be eligible for another promotion in 6 months. Once those 6 months come to an end and you are ready to do another promotion. They said oh but that only if you move to another unit bigger or smaller. However, that was never mentioned at the beginning. Just for a note the person who I initially got the contract was the manager himself. A young African American guy. So make sure to ask what's the catch.

This is the best storage company ever. I have been a renter with Extra Space Storage for a year now and their customer service is amazing. The staff at a storage unit make the experience. I personally had multiple units here for about 2 years. Justin and Shannon are both amazing to work with and extremely friendly. They often went out of their way to make my experience better. I cannot say enough nice things about the staff. Location is also great, so I never worried about safety/theft. If I could give 6 stars for Justin and Shannon, I would.
